James Hawk is currently the Vice President of Sales Engineering for the Americas at Ericsson, where they lead the Enterprise Wireless Solutions sector and the Global Sales Engineering community. Previously, Hawk held the position of Senior Director of Sales Engineering at Cradlepoint, part of Ericsson, from 2019 to 2022, after serving as VP of Sales Engineering for North America at the same company. Earlier in their career, Hawk worked as the Director of Systems Engineering at ENDFORCE/SmartPipes and held various roles at Juniper Networks from 2013 to 2019, culminating in the position of Sr. Director of Corporate Systems Engineering. James is pursuing education at The Ohio State University.
