Isimeme Ughele, FCIPS, is a Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional who currently heads Ericsson's Procurement organization for West and Southern Africa, leading a diverse team of over 15 sourcing managers across 25 countries. With over a decade of experience in strategic sourcing and telecommunications infrastructure delivery, Isimeme has played a pivotal role in deploying critical projects such as the rollout of 5G networks in various key markets. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, they have also served on Ericsson's NextGen Advisory Board, advising the CEO and executive leadership on business strategies and transformation initiatives. Isimeme is dedicated to promoting equitable healthcare and poverty alleviation in Africa, while also being a published writer and avid traveler.
