With over 25 years of experience, Aileen has held various leadership roles within the company, including guiding strategic sourcing and operational excellence across Europe and Latin America. They have successfully managed large teams and projects, driving significant transformations and performance improvements, including the re-establishment of Ericsson's Supplier Diversity program. Aileen's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in the same field at The University of Texas at Dallas.
