Eric L. Davis Engineering, Inc., headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is an engineering design and building consulting firm with more than fifty employees in three major locations across Texas. We provide a wide spectrum of consulting services related to civil, structural and residental development. We deliver services for facilities nationwide, including healthcare, education, science and technology, sports and entertainment, infrastructure, state and local government, as well as commercial and industrial clients. 

We also design all phases of multi-family residential development, including road construction, storm water management, utility placement, sanitary sewer systems and drainage control. Our commercial civil site plans include shopping center, churches, independent business establishments and highway design including development of PS&E, highway drainage systems and geometric control. Our residential foundation engineering service includes design, drawings, and supporting paper work for a complete foundation plan. Inspection services include pier inspection, pre-pour inspection, TRCC relative slab survey inspection, and rough and final energy inspection. Forensic inspections are also offered, to identify the source of structural failures.
