Blaine Totty is currently the Program Director for Operational Excellence at Ergon, Inc., a role they have held since 2016. Previously, they served as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of an enterprise management information system focused on regulatory and risk management improvements, alongside various projects related to Environmental, Health and Safety, and Security compliance. With a strong foundation in organizational development as a former VP, Blaine coordinated policies on talent management and collaborated with HR and Training to enhance workforce functions. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials Coordinator at Holcim and as an Environmental Engineer for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Blaine earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University, where they studied math, physics, chemistry, and business.
