Stephan Will, LL.M., is currently the Head of Marine Insurance at ERGO Group AG, where they lead the marine department and focus on cargo insurance, freight liability, and hull. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Team in Insurance Law, managing various legal topics within commercial and industrial insurance. With experience as Inhouse Counsel at Victoria Versicherung AG and a member of the GDV cargo working group since June 2024, Stephan brings extensive expertise in the insurance sector. They hold a Master of Laws in Insurance Law from the University of Münster and a State Examination in Law from the University of Freiburg.
