Prior to this role, Ralf Geist held leadership positions in organizational management and gained foundational knowledge through studies in Business Administration at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences from October 1987 to April 1991. Ralf Geist began his career as a trainee insurance salesman at ERGO Group AG from August 1985 to July 1987, establishing a strong groundwork in the field.
