Elisabetta Caldera is currently the Global Chief Human Resources Officer and an Executive Committee Member at Aegon, a global insurance and asset management firm based in the Netherlands. They began their HR career in 1994 at Foster Wheeler and subsequently held various HR leadership roles at ABB Alstom and Vodafone, including HR Director for Europe and Global Technology. Between 2014 and July 2022, Elisabetta served as a Non-Executive Director at Falck Renewables SpA and held positions on the Vodafone Turkey Board, focusing on youth and women's unemployment. They earned a bachelor's degree in literature from Bologna University and furthered their education with professional qualifications in counselling and HR management.
