Courtney McCubbin is an experienced business analyst at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, with a career spanning various roles in customer service. Since March 2016, Courtney has also held the position of Senior Customer Service Representative, previously serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Athene USA from December 2014 to January 2016. During this time, responsibilities included handling escalated calls, training new hires, and assisting with billing reviews. Prior to that, Courtney worked as a Customer Service Representative at Aviva USA, managing policy inquiries and coordinating morale-boosting events.
