Jennifer Bilsbury is a graphic design professional with extensive experience in employee communications and marketing. Currently serving as Manager of Graphic Design at Equitable since July 2015, Jennifer oversees design needs for the Life Insurance division while ensuring alignment with brand standards and collaborating with marketing partners to create impactful imagery and messaging. Prior experience includes freelance graphic design at MetLife and a senior graphic designer role at Prudential Financial, where Jennifer developed creative solutions for various marketing channels. Notably, Jennifer spent over two decades at The Hartford as a Senior Graphic Designer, leading high-impact projects and managing design project allocations.
