Vibeke Haugen is currently the Vice President of Subsurface at Equinor, a role they have held since 2023. They previously served as Manager of Technology at Equinor, where they oversaw technology and research in reservoir characterization and monitoring. Vibeke has extensive experience in subsurface activities from their time as Manager at Statoil Brazil and as a Reservoir Engineer at Statoil, focusing on reservoir models and simulations for Gullfaks Satellites. They earned a Dr. Scient in Oceanography from the University of Bergen and a Master of Petroleum Business Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
