Tonje Padøy is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as VP of MMP Strategy & Business Development at Equinor. Tonje's prior experience includes managerial roles in business development and early phase valuation and concept development at Equinor from 2017 to 2022, as well as engineering positions at Statoil, including Reservoir Engineer and Subsurface Lead, from 2006 to 2013.
