Line Therese Haugland is an experienced Competence Center Leader with a robust background in petroleum engineering and drilling. They worked as a Senior Drilling Engineer at Equinor from 2017 to 2018, focusing on significant offshore projects in Brazil, including the Bacalhau field development. Previously, they held various positions at Statoil from 2007 to 2013, where they planned and oversaw drilling operations both onshore and offshore. Line also contributed to water safety education as an instructor from 2006 to 2018. They obtained multiple master's degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger and the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
