Karen Vorraa is the Vice President of People, Culture, and Performance at Equinor, a position held in 2020. They previously served as a Manager of Operations, overseeing resources for Johan Sverdrup operations. In their earlier career at Statoil, Vorraa contributed to several key initiatives, including serving on the investigation team for the terror attack at In Amenas and leading the Security Improvement Programme. They hold a Master of Science in Finance with a focus on Risk Management from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
