Hege Trælnes is a Principal Engineer in the Project Valve Group at Equinor, where they oversee various valve framework agreements and engage in numerous technical tasks related to piping and valves. With a Master's degree in Offshore Material Technology, Hege has held various engineering roles, including as a Principal Engineer at Statoil, where they led projects and provided technical support. Prior to Equinor, they worked as an advisor in material technology and held positions at Kværner Oil & Gas, GE Energy, and Statoil FoU. Hege lives in Sandvika with their spouse and four children.
