Equileap evaluates companies based on a broad set of diversity & inclusion criteria measuring 19 gender equality criteria, as well as 5 additional criteria on race & ethnicity and LGBTQ+, in the workplace. Our evaluation is based on various metrics including gender balance across the workforce, the gender pay gap, paid parental leave, anti-sexual harassment policies, gender discrimination controversies, race & ethnicity discrimination controversies, support for gender-diverse employees, and others.

In addition, Equileap publishes regular research reports on the status of equality within companies to increase awareness and support companies in their practices as they address all types of discrimination. Billions of dollars of assets under management are based on Equileap data throughout the world.
