Salete Garcia Pinheiro is currently a member of the Fiscal Council of Equatorial Energia SA and Sabesp, as well as a member of the Audit Committee at UBS Prudential Group (Brazil) and Origem Energia S.A. Salete served on the Audit Committee of BNDES, HDI Seguros, and Icatu Seguros until May 2025, and coordinated the Audit Committee for Banco Modal between 2021 and 2023. An independent auditor with Big4 experience from 1979 to 2018, Salete was also a partner at PwC, where they were recognized as the first Brazilian woman partner in audit. Salete holds an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and multiple certifications for roles in administration and financial auditing.
