Julien Laubacher is an expert in Lean Management with extensive experience in project management and industrial engineering. They are currently the Director of the "Façades de quai" project for the Grand Paris Express and serve as the National Pilot of Industrial Engineering at Equans France. Previously, Julien held various positions at Safran, including Manager in Production and Project Leader for quality and industrialization initiatives. With a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Shenyang Aerospace University and multiple certifications, including a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Julien has led over 50 projects aimed at operational excellence and continuous improvement across diverse sectors.
