Peng Villanueva is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over twenty years of experience encompassing various aspects of HR, including manpower planning, strategic sourcing, payroll administration, and talent management. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at VITRO Inc. since 2024, Peng previously held a similar role at ePLDT, Inc. in 2022. Peng also served as Vice President & Group Head of People & Workplace Management and Head of Human Resources at prior organizations. They earned a Master’s Degree from De La Salle University and a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Paul University Manila.
