Alexandre Lemay is currently the Senior Director of Engineering and Research and Development at Epiroc. With 18 years of experience in manufacturing environments, they have demonstrated proactive project management and positive leadership, notably enhancing processes and optimizing design costs. Previously, Lemay directed diverse engineering teams and oversaw significant projects at companies such as Phoenix Stretch Wrappers and Roctest Ltd. They began their career as an independent consultant, honing skills that include client relations and problem-solving. Lemay holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a DEC in mechanical technology from Cégep du Vieux Montréal.
