Robert Witte is currently the Executive Sous Chef at Epicurean Catering, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Catering Chef for DO & CO AG, contributing to international events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix Canada and ATP Tennis Masters Madrid. Their culinary journey began with a trainee position at Hotel Zum Alten Brauhaus and included various roles at Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts, where they progressed from Demi Chef de Partie to Chef De Partie.
