Brian Joyce has extensive experience in IT support and management, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. Brian began a career at the Association of American Medical Colleges, progressing from Desktop Support Specialist (Associate Level 1) to Associate Level 2 from November 2007 to December 2009. Following that, Brian held multiple positions at LivingSocial from April 2013 to April 2014, including Help Desk Manager and Desktop Support Manager. After that, Brian served as IT Help Desk Director and later Senior Director, Global IT HelpDesk and Endpoint Management at 2U from April 2019 to February 2024. Currently, Brian is the Vice President of Information Technology at Epic Staffing Group, starting in July 2024. Academically, Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University and a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University.
