Tisa Komadina is a Senior Manager of Engineering & Quality Assurance at EPAM Systems, bringing over a decade of progressive experience in functional testing, test management, and team leadership. Previously, Tisa worked as a Software QA Tester at The Idea Compiler and held various roles, including Quality Assurance Engineer and QA Lead at Emakina.RS, and contributed to projects at Pannonia Expertise/CREALOGIX Group. Tisa holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, where they studied from 2004 to 2014.
