Оксана Чернышева is currently the Head of HR unit at EPAM Systems, a position held since 2018. Previously, Oksana worked as an HR specialist at ОАО АКБ РОСБАНК from 2016 to 2018 and as a marketing and advertising specialist at ОАО АКБ "РОСБАНК" from 2005 to 2012. Oksana holds a degree in Legal Studies from the Российский Государственный Социальный Университет and a degree in Sociology from Саратовский Государственный Университет им. Н.Г. Чернышевского.
