Mackenzie (Mack) Ladd, CPA, is currently the Global M&A Tax Leader at EPAM Systems, where they oversee tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition restructuring. They previously served as a Senior Manager and Director within the same organization. Mack’s career in tax began during their studies at the University of Virginia, where they earned a Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, following a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. They also gained valuable experience through roles at PwC and Ernst & Young.
