Keith Valentine is a legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and a background in various legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at EOG Resources since July 2017, Keith has progressed through multiple titles, demonstrating significant legal expertise. Prior to EOG Resources, Keith worked as an Attorney at Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. and Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin & Browder, Inc. In addition to corporate experience, Keith has held legal positions at the Michigan Court of Appeals and various prosecutor's offices, beginning with internships that provided foundational experience in law. Keith obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
