Rachael MacQueen, MBA, is a strategic advisor focused on patient engagement, insights, and advocacy in clinical research. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager of Patient Advocacy at Entrada Therapeutics, Rachael leads advocacy initiatives and manages the DREAMS grant program. Previously, they held several roles, including Sr. Manager at Moderna, where they spearheaded patient insights initiatives to improve clinical trial design and recruitment strategies. Rachael's experience also includes positions at HealthiVibe LLC and PRA Health Sciences, emphasizing patient experience and retention. They earned both a BA in Advertising and an MBA from Marshall University.
