Oliver is the founder and managing director of musicMagpie, a position held since 2007. Oliver is also the chair of the board of trustees at EGG Engage Grow Go, a role begun in 2022. Oliver previously served as CEO of Music Zone from 2000 to 2007, and as managing director at Famous Retail in 2007 and at The Fragrance Shop from 2008 to 2009. Oliver earned a BA in Psychology from The University of Sheffield, completed in 1992.
