Stephanie Victoriano, SPHR SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR Business Partners at Entergy since June 2023, leading a team focused on fostering growth through talent development. Prior to this, Stephanie held multiple leadership roles at Ochsner Health from January 2013 to June 2023, including Vice President of HRBP and Employee Relations, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing employee relations and corporate HR functions. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at BP from 2006 to early 2013, where Stephanie supported the Gulf Coast Restoration Organization post-Deepwater Horizon and provided HR expertise across various functions. Stephanie began the HR career as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University System after earning a Master's degree in Management with an HR concentration and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
