Joshua Kupke is a seasoned professional in the fields of research and development, product development, and engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of R&D Product Development at Enovis since August 2023. Previous experience includes senior roles at Colossal Biosciences and Smith+Nephew, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing integration activities and leading product development for Extremity Orthopaedics. With a strong foundation in quality management from Cardinal Health and extensive engineering expertise from Trilliant Surgical, Joshua has driven numerous product launches and obtained various regulatory clearances throughout a progressive career. Educational qualifications include an ongoing PhD in Systems and Engineering Management from Texas Tech University, an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler.
