Rick Adams currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sporting & Performance Operations and the Senior Vice President of Games Delivery at Enhanced Games since August 2024. Previously, Rick held multiple leadership roles at the United States Olympic Committee from October 2010 to April 2025, including Chief of Paralympic Sport and NGB Organizational Development, and Chief of Sport Operations and NGB Relations. Additionally, Rick was the Chief Executive Officer at LeMond Bicycles, LLC from June 2022 to October 2024, and at USA Weightlifting from July 2009 to October 2010. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Beyond Meetings & Incentives from November 2006 to May 2009 and President/CEO of the East Coast Hockey League from September 1994 to July 2003. Rick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA.
