James Martin is an experienced professional in the field of cricket development and coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Performance Pathway at Yorkshire County Cricket Club since January 2022, Martin also holds multiple interim and leadership roles in boys' performance pathways. Since October 2016, Martin has been contributing to the England & Wales Cricket Board as an ECB Coach Developer and All Stars Champion for East and West Yorkshire. Previously, Martin worked at the Yorkshire Cricket Board from November 2015 to January 2022 in various capacities, including Head of Region for East Yorkshire. Martin holds a 2:1 BSc in Sports Coaching from Leeds Beckett University and a Diploma in Development and Coaching Fitness from Barnsley College.
