Ed Ringe has extensive experience in governance and strategy, currently serving as Head of Governance and previously as Strategy & Governance Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board since October 2016. Responsibilities include leading major strategy projects, overseeing internal governance, and driving reform in the County Cricket network. Prior to this, Ed worked as a Strategy Analyst at ECB, focusing on research and evidence-based decision-making. Additional roles include being a member of the Young Leaders Forum at the British Screen Advisory Council, an R&D Intern at Procter & Gamble, and Chairman of the Student Representative Council at the College of St Hild & St Bede. Ed also interned as an Organic Chemist at Glaxo Smith Kline, where efforts earned a Gold Crest Award. Ed holds a Master of Chemistry degree from Durham University and A Levels in Chemistry, Biology, Maths, and PE from Hitchin Boys' School.
