Previously, they worked as an Investment Research Summer Analyst at Greysteel, where they conducted market research and financial analysis in real estate, and served as a Recruiting and Retention Human Resources Specialist in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, achieving significant enlistment success. Kyle also has experience as a Sales Consultant at OPT4 Group and has contributed to student governance at Penn State University, where they obtained a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems with minors in Finance and Management.
