Jovitus Rugahenda is a SPHRi-certified HR expert with over fifteen years of progressive experience in Human Resources and more than eight years in senior management administration. They have served as the Director of Human Resources for Engender Health in Tanzania for over twelve years, while also providing HR technical support across multiple African countries. Jovitus has expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic planning, and they possess a strong ability to foster collaboration in multicultural environments. They hold degrees in Business Administration and Laws, and are currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Liverpool John Moores University.
