Kay Paulus is a results-driven engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and information systems. They began their career at Honeywell as a Systems and Software Engineer before moving to MakeMusic Inc. and later to GrowthZone AMS as the Director of Software Engineering. Currently, Kay serves as the Director of Information Systems at Energy Solutions and is also a Climatebase Fellow. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Arizona State University, Kay is committed to inspiring collaboration, transformation, and business growth.
