Kayla Brown-Cestero has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kayla began their career as the Deputy Director of Programs at Best Buddies International, where they worked from 2008 to 2010, creating opportunities for friendships and employment for people with disabilities. Kayla also volunteered and held leadership roles at Civitan International, helping to form several service clubs in Las Vegas.

Moving into the lighting industry, Kayla worked as a Specification Sales Representative at Philips Lightolier from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on lighting solutions that made a difference. Kayla then joined Pacific Lighting as a Specification Sales professional, providing personalized lighting design services and expertise in LED technology and industry standards.
