Alfonso Vincent "Alvin" Guzman II is an energy professional with over 15 years of experience in technical training, project management, and ESG consulting within the oil, gas, and geothermal sectors. Currently serving as the Technical Training Manager at Energy Development Corporation, Alvin focuses on developing a skilled workforce to support the Philippines' renewable energy goals for 2030. Previously, Alvin held roles at Baker Hughes where they managed training programs for thousands of global field engineers, and at International Logging as a Data Engineer. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
