Fabrizio Parenti is currently the Head of Planning, Contract Analysis and Intelligence in Workforce Evolution at Enel, where they focus on supporting the internal mobility process, particularly in insourcing and transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Procurement Africa, Asia Pacific & Europe at Enel Green Power, where they implemented procurement strategies and managed local and global procurement processes. With a background in various leadership and engineering roles at Enel and GE, Fabrizio has extensive experience in procurement intelligence, performance improvement, and manufacturing processes. They earned a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Pisa.
