Amy Aldrich, RN, BSN, is currently the Director of Global Professional Education & Sales Training at Edwards Lifesciences IHFM since 2025. Previously, Amy served as Associate Clinical Director for Global Surgery at Johnson & Johnson MedTech from 2024 to 2025 and held roles as Surgical Clinical Manager and Surgical Clinical Specialist at Abiomed from 2021 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as a Senior Clinical Specialist and Field Trainer at HeartWare Inc from 2012 to 2019. Amy is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing at the University of New Hampshire.
