Jelena Ječmenić is a Global Client Director in the Public Sector at Endava, bringing over two decades of experience in the IT industry with a focus on project management, business analysis, team leadership, and digital transformation. As a Supervisory Board Member of the PMI Chapter of Slovenia, Jelena is dedicated to enhancing project management standards and fostering community engagement. A long-term member of the Serbian and Slovenian Managers Associations, Jelena actively advocates for diversity and inclusivity in technology, particularly through initiatives supporting #WomenInTech. Jelena holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of Belgrade and has previously held managerial roles across several prominent companies.
