Dan Homan is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Tax at Encore since September 2025, Dan previously held the position of Vice President of Global Tax at Stericycle from August 2020 to September 2025. Prior to this, Dan was the Assistant Vice President of Tax Reporting at Kemper between May 2018 and July 2020. Dan's career initiated at PwC, where a progressive role from Tax Associate to Tax Director was attained over nearly a decade, encompassing significant responsibilities in Washington National Tax Services. Dan holds a Master of Accounting Science with a tax concentration as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
