Nynke Postma is the Head of Business Development for Asia & the Middle-East at Encompass Corporation, where they currently leverage over 15 years of experience in the financial industry to explore new business opportunities. Nynke previously founded and served as CEO of Blacksmith KYC from 2017 until 2024, and chaired the Financial Services Committee at the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore from 2022 to 2023. Their past roles at ING include Program Manager for Pre Merger Integration and Fraud Management, among other positions. Nynke is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Economics & Law at Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden.
