Necdet Ä°cil is an independent expert, mentor, and project manager with extensive experience in both technology and public administration. They served as a member of the Executive Committee at Cyprus Famagusta Technology Development Region from 2008 to 2012, and as a consultant for the e-Governance Board between 2015 and 2019. With significant contributions to the Prime Minister's Office of North Cyprus and Eastern Mediterranean University, they held various roles including director of multiple departments. Necdet Ä°cil completed their education at Middle East Technical University from 1973 to 1979.
