Alison Culpan is a Strategic People Specialist with extensive experience in organizational development and HR strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Design and Development at EMR, they collaborate with senior leaders to foster a high-performing culture through coaching, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Their previous roles include leading HR and learning functions at VoiceAbility and managing people development at the General Social Care Council, where they transformed training and leadership strategies. Alison holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton and has completed several certifications in coaching and HR practices.
