Jeffrey Holland possesses extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors, currently serving as Director of AllianceBernstein and Sanford C. Bernstein Funds and as Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Sanford C. Bernstein Funds since January 2025. Prior roles include Managing Director and Limited Partner at Brown Brothers Harriman, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing corporate actions and leading global financial institutional operations. Jeffrey has also held notable positions as an elected council member and chairman of the Irish Funds Industry Association and as a manager in the financial services division at Accenture. As a founding investor and director at Empower Semiconductor, Jeffrey oversees audit and compensation committees and contributes as an advisory committee member at Foxfield LLC. Additionally, Jeffrey serves on the board of directors and as an executive committee member for the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Clarkson University, obtained in 1988.
