Steven Utter served as the Vice President of Product Support Services at Empire Cat from 2017 to 2024, holding various roles including Director of Product Support Services and Sales Manager throughout their tenure. With over thirty years of experience in selling, servicing, and marketing Caterpillar equipment, they have collaborated with multiple dealers across the southeast and southwest regions for over nine years. Prior to that, Steven held positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Empire Southwest, focusing on sales and account management within the construction and mining industries. Steven earned a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
