Karen Martin is a strategic leader with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and business growth. They served as the 6 Sigma Master Black Belt at Empire Cat from 2004 to 2007 and held the position of General Manager in Corporate Service Administration. At Empire Southwest, Karen managed Product Support Services from 1998 to 2024. They began their career as a Project Assistant and Sales Assistant at Mega Systems & Chemicals from 1995 to 1998. Karen earned an MBA in General Business from the University of Phoenix and a BA from Colorado College.
