Gil Regev works at the intersection of commercial strategy, emerging technology, and organizational execution.

Over the past two decades he has held executive leadership roles across marketing, sales, and business development within technology companies, from early-stage ventures to global organizations. His experience includes leading four successful acquisitions, where he guided both strategic growth and operational integration. Increasingly, his work focuses on not only market growth but on how companies operationalize new ways customers purchase as technology changes the buying interface.

He is particularly interested in what happens inside organizations when new commercial technologies appear. Many companies successfully deploy platforms, yet struggle to translate them into measurable business impact. The challenge is rarely technical, it is ownership, incentives, measurement, and adoption across the operating model.

Today he works on helping bridge the gap between innovation and execution: aligning leadership teams, clarifying decision paths, and structuring how emerging technologies become part of a company’s revenue engine rather than remaining isolated pilots.

He currently serves in executive leadership at Emperia while actively contributing to industry discussions around digital transformation, commercial adoption, and the evolving structure of commerce.
