Sebastian Falkenberg is a technology-driven entrepreneur and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in digital business models and organizational development. As the co-founder of LMtec Group, they scaled the company to 100 employees across six countries, and following its acquisition by Emixa in 2023, they led the organizational transformation and integration process. Previously, Sebastian held roles as a Senior PLM Consultant at Accenture PLM AG and as a PLM Developer at EISENMANN AG. They are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen.
